Will Jordan Whittington play this week? Injury updates for Rams WR
Los Angeles Rams prepare for the New York Giants in Week 6.
The Los Angeles Rams will travel to MetLife Stadium to take on the New York Giants in Week 6 of the 2022 NFL regular season.
Los Angeles currently holds a 3-2 record, while New York is 4-1.
Will Jordan Whittington play against the Giants?
Rams wide receiver Jordan Whittington is questionable to play in Week 6 due to a calf injury.
Whittington, who has caught six passes for 67 yards and a touchdown this season, was injured in the Rams' Week 5 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
If Whittington is unable to play, the Rams will be without one of their top playmakers on offense.
Other Rams injury updates
In addition to Whittington, the Rams have several other players who are questionable to play in Week 6.
Those players include:
- Running back Cam Akers (ankle)
- Wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee)
- Cornerback David Long Jr. (groin)
The Rams will need all hands on deck against the Giants, who are one of the most surprising teams in the NFL this season.
New York is led by quarterback Daniel Jones, who has thrown for 1,233 yards and seven touchdowns with just two interceptions this season.
The Giants also have a strong running game led by Saquon Barkley, who has rushed for 463 yards and three touchdowns this season.
The Rams will need to be at their best to beat the Giants in Week 6.
If they can get healthy and get some of their key players back on the field, they should be in good shape to win.
