Police are appealing for help in finding a missing Wigan man

A 37-year-old man from Wigan has been missing since Sunday, and police are appealing for the public's help in finding him.

Mark Houghton was last seen at around 4pm on Sunday, March 12, in the Worsley Mesnes area of Wigan.

He is described as white, around 6ft 1in tall, with short brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen, Mark was wearing a black Lonsdale tracksuit, black Nike trainers and a white baseball cap.

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and are asking anyone who has seen him or knows where he is to get in touch.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on 101, quoting incident number 885 of 13th March.
