Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou was delighted with the performance of defender Dragusin in the pre-season friendly against Manchester City. The Romanian defender started the game and impressed with his performance against the Premier League champions. Postecoglou said: "I thought he (Dragusin) was excellent. He's a young player with a lot of potential and he showed what he can do today. He's a very composed defender and he's good on the ball. I'm really pleased with his performance." Dragusin joined Celtic from Juventus in the summer and has quickly impressed the Celtic manager. The 21-year-old is a Romania Under-21 international and has been capped five times by his country. He is a versatile defender who can play at centre-back or left-back and is expected to be a valuable addition to the Celtic squad this season.
