Nigella Lawson is the new face of Greggs' Christmas advertising campaign, but she won't be plugging the high-street bakery's most famous pastries.
The celebrity chef has teamed up with the chain to promote its festive range – but has chosen to focus on its healthier options.
Lawson said she was drawn to Greggs' "commitment to providing affordable, tasty food for everyone".
She added: "I'm particularly impressed by Greggs' Balanced Choice range, which offers a variety of healthier options without compromising on taste."
The Balanced Choice range includes products such as porridge, soups, and sandwiches made with wholemeal bread.
Greggs has been working to improve its reputation for healthy eating in recent years, and the launch of the Balanced Choice range is part of this strategy.
The chain has also been reducing the amount of sugar and salt in its products, and has pledged to make its entire menu more nutritious by 2025.
Lawson's involvement in the Christmas campaign is a major coup for Greggs, and is likely to help the chain attract a new audience.
